I call it "The Four Seasons". I took four different canvases and combined them to make one piece of art. Each canvas represents a different season but all a part of the same tree. I choose this as my final because it represents change. There is nothing you can do to stop it, so you must adapt. I felt like it represents this year very well. I've always loved to paint trees, so this felt this best way to capture change. I used acrylic paint and my fingers and brushes to paint the piece. The hardest part was painting the tree itself. I stressed and put it off for a while. In the end it turned out great but had a lot of pencil marks first. I was proudest of how each seasons background complimented each other when put together after painting them all separate.
