So this doll is basically a doll that is inspired by the movie “Coraline” because in the movie there is a doll that is made to help the main character out with clues, and “Coraline” has always and will always be one of my favorite movie characters ever since I was a child. But to wrap this up I made a fabric doll with button eyes, along with hair and clothes that I would wear, because in the movie the doll is basically a replica of the main character Coraline. I made this piece because I will always and forever have a special place in my hear for the movie “Coraline” I just love everything that is created in the animation I love all the characters it is just bottom of the line my favorite movie.

This idea was thought of because I was sitting in art class, and I had no clue on what to do but then my friend said, “what’s your favorite movie?” then it all clicked. An artist that really inspires me was Time Burton which made many other movie animations. Some materials I used were buttons, different types of fabric, thread, needles, and some yard. Some hard decision to I had to make was about the hair that was a difficult part because I wasn’t sure what to use but I figure it out. The part I’m most pleased about it that the clothes really came together better than expected.
